UK Delivery Options

UK Standard, Confirmed Delivery - £4.95 on orders below £200

Please allow 3 to 5 days for the goods to arrive.
Deliveries are made by Royal Mail between 7am and 7pm and require a signature on delivery. For this reason, you may like to nominate a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign.
Anything ordered on a Friday afternoon, during the weekend, or on a bank holiday will be processed the following working day.
Three delivery attempts will be made as a signature is required, 2 calling cards will be left and on the third attempt a held at depot note left where the item will be returned to our warehouse after 5 days.

UK Courier Delivery - FREE for orders over £200

All orders need to be placed before mid-day for next working day delivery. Orders placed after this will be delivered within 48 hours.
Orders placed on a Friday after mid-day will be dispatched the following Monday. Deliveries are made within working hours and will require a signature. For this reason, you may like to nominate a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign.

European Union Delivery Options

European Union Tracked & Signed Delivery - £12.50 on orders below £200

Deliveries are sent via Royal Mail international. Packages are fully tracked with a signature required on delivery plus online confirmation is available. Please consider nominating a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign.
Anything ordered on a Friday afternoon, during the weekend, or on a bank holiday will be processed the following working day.

European Union Courier Delivery - FREE on orders over £200

Returns

If you are in any way unhappy with your goods please email us at info@theworkersclub.co.uk and we can arrange for the goods to be returned.

We are happy to offer an exchange or refund on any unsuitable items within 28 days of receipt, provided they are unworn and in resale-able condition, with all original labels and swing tickets attached. Please include the original dispatch note supplied with your delivery.

Refunds exclude all shipping costs. Exchanges are only offered for the same style in a different size or colour, if you wish to exchange for a different style we ask that you request a refund and place a new order for the new item.

Returns that are damaged or soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try them on) may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. When we have received your returned items we can arrange processing. We will email you to confirm the approval of your refund. We will issue a refund by the same payment method made as your order within 30 days of receiving the return.
