All orders need to be placed before mid-day for next working day despatch. Orders placed after this will be despatched within 48 hours.
Please note that we operate delivery ourselves. Although we will always do our best to ship your items as quickly as possible, please allow extra time around national holidays and busier times such as product launches and seasonal promotions.

UK - Standard, Confirmed Delivery
£4.95 on orders below £200.
Deliveries are made by Royal Mail between 7am and 7pm and require a signature on delivery. For this reason, you may like to nominate a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign.
Three delivery attempts will be made as a signature is required, 2 calling cards will be left and on the third attempt held at depot, where the item will be returned to us after 5 days.

EU & International
EU & INTL - DHL Express Worldwide, Tracked & Signed Delivery.
All EU & International orders will be sent via DHL Express Service. DHL Delivery charges are automatically calculated and will be displayed at the time of ordering, just before payment is taken. Please rest assured we have negotiated the most favourable rates available with DHL.

Customers ordering from outside the UK will not be charged VAT.
Customs & Import Duty
If applicable in your country, all customs and/or import duties are automatically calculated and will be displayed at the time of ordering, just before payment is taken. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
All orders are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) so the receiver will not incur any further charges.
We are happy to offer an exchange or refund on any unsuitable items within 28 days of receipt, provided they are unworn and in resale-able condition, with all original labels and swing tickets attached. Please include the original dispatch note supplied with your delivery.

Sale and clearance items
Sale or clearance items or items bought with discount promotion (such as a seasonal discount code) can be returned under the same hassle free policy as full priced items, except we ask that they are returned within 14 days of delivery.
Refunds and exchanges
Refunds exclude all shipping costs. Exchanges are only offered for the same style in a different size or colour, if you wish to exchange for a different style we ask that you request a refund and place a new order for the new item.
Returns that are damaged or soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try them on) may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. When we have received your returned items we can arrange processing. We will email you to confirm the approval of your refund. We will issue a refund by the same payment method made as your order within 30 days of receiving the return.
