'Our Product Stories' - Part One -

Our Inaugural BackPack

The story of our backpack is steeped in family history and heritage. Crafted in the Ubrique region of Spain, our backpack is made by a little-known artisanal makers specialising in luxury goods, headed up by two brothers. This stunning region is a well-kept secret; think white-washed buildings and a clear blue skyline; the perfect setting for our story. These makers apply the utmost care and precision when it comes to craftsmanship, combined with a genuine passion for their work.

As always, fabric is key to this piece; we chose a tough salt and pepper weave that’s made in England and commonly used in military wear. It’s waterproof, ultra-durable and truly made to last.

As always, fabric is key to this piece; we chose a tough salt and pepper weave made from Nettles and Cotton. This fabric was originally developed as a lightweight rucksack fabric for the Swiss military in the late 1930s.

Now reimagined by Halley Stevenson's in Scotland it’s ultra-durable fibres and make this waterproof, and truly made to last.

Functionality runs at the heart of all we do, which is why we considered the little details so carefully. Expect a multitude of pockets, adjustable straps and a soft cushion lining to securely fit your laptop or tablet.

Whether worn for work or play, commuting or leisure, we think we’ve nailed the ultimate backpack.
