The Workers Club Denim Guarantee

Our Commitment We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our denim. Each pair is designed in the UK and constructed in Okayama, Japan, using specialist mills and workshops. If a manufacturing fault arises within five years of purchase, we will work to put it right.

Commencement & Eligibility This five-year guarantee applies to all qualifying denim purchases made from Monday, 16th February 2026 onwards.

The guarantee covers:

  • Japanese Selvedge Denim Jeans: All Raw denim within the 001 and 007 fit categories.

  • Japanese Selvedge Denim Jackets: Raw and Rinse iterations of the Birch Denim Jacket.

What’s Covered Our five-year guarantee covers faults in materials and workmanship under normal wear. Examples include:

  • Stitching failure unrelated to standard wear.

  • Hardware defects (including buttons and rivets).

  • Structural faults in the garment’s construction.

Where possible, we prioritise professional repair to extend the life of your garment. If a repair is not possible, we will offer a replacement or a suitable alternative at our discretion.

What’s Not Covered Raw denim is a living fabric designed to age and change over time. The following are considered natural characteristics of the material and are not covered as faults:

  • Fading, whiskering, or the development of a natural patina.

  • Softening or stretching of the fabric through regular wear.

  • Friction Wear: This includes "crotch blowouts" or holes caused by extended use and movement.

  • Cosmetic creasing or minor colour variations.

  • Damage caused by washing errors, misuse, unauthorised alterations, or accidents.

Proof of Purchase A valid order confirmation or proof of purchase from The Workers Club (online or in-store) is strictly required for all claims.

How to Make a Claim If you believe your garment qualifies for a guarantee claim, please contact us at info@theworkersclub.co.uk with your order number, clear photographs of the issue, and a brief description of the fault. We aim to respond to all enquiries within five working days.

Repairs Beyond Guarantee We believe good denim should last a lifetime. Even outside the guarantee period, we are happy to advise on repair options to further extend the life of your TWC garments.
