The 001 is our contemporary slim jean – clean through the leg without feeling skinny. Cut from rare 12oz raw, undyed ecru selvedge denim, woven on narrow shuttle looms in Japan by Collect Mill, the fabric is left completely unbleached to reveal the cotton in its most natural state – subtle shade variation and visible slubs included. Lighter in weight than our indigo and black styles, it feels crisp at first but softens and moulds to you quickly, developing character through wear rather than fading.
A natural alternative to indigo, the ecru denim pairs effortlessly with everything from chambray and knitwear to relaxed tailoring, making it ideal for warmer climates and year-round wear.
Sewn in Okayama by specialist denim makers, each pair is finished with a classic red selvedge ID, branded button fly, natural leather patch and chain-stitched hems – quiet details that speak to true denim craft.
