These retro pumps ooze Italian style. The signature feature for me is the fabulous high cream sidewall and wrapround toe bumper crafted from a mix of smooth gloss and matt diamond textured rubber. It contrasts perfectly with the white upper which is made from a fine unlined cotton canvas - just stiff enough to retain the shoe’s lovely silhouette whilst being flexible enough for comfort. The minimalist white stitching and top binding is impeccable too. and the cream laces and silver eyelets add to the classic look. Dress them up, dress them down they go with anything. I love them to bits! And I’m a sucker for a bit of branding so the subtle rubber Superga Torino label on the back finishes everything off. Downsides? If I’m being picky the laces are a bit stiff which makes it difficult to get the fit just right. Otherwise perfect. Thank you TWC and Superga!
