Sault make a classic brew of disco/soul/funk that's especially evident on their debut record '5'. They seem to glory in subverting expectations with song titles like 'Foot On Necks' and 'Wild Hundreds, Pt. 5' and an album cover and band name that's more than reminiscent of classic black metal. The music is based around monster grooves and killer hooks so sit back and enjoy. FFO Jungle, Anderson .Paak and there's even some Delta 5 in there.
